St. Mary’s Convent Sr. Sec. School, Faridpur

General Rules & Guidelines for Enrollment

Admission to the school begins in February. Application for admission should be made on the prescribed form obtained along with the prospectus from the school office.

Admission to all classes is granted strictly on the basis of merit, interaction/interview, and the availability of seats. The admission to Junior K.G. onwards is solely subject to vacancy. No recommendations of any nature will be entertained under any circumstances, as the institution strictly upholds merit-based fairness. Furthermore, the School does not accept any favours by way of donations or capitation fees.

No student will be admitted unless he/she produces a valid Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from his/her previous recognized school. Students seeking direct admission to Class-I must produce an authentic official Birth Certificate. The Date of Birth once entered in the admission register of the school cannot be changed later under any circumstances, as it is against the law.

Those students who join the school at any point during the ongoing academic year are required to pay the complete fees for that academic year, even if they join late. Please note that fees once paid are non-refundable.
