On request, a Transfer Certificate may be issued at any time of the year. The formal application must be submitted in the proper prescribed format and must be duly countersigned by the parent or authorized guardian.
Please note that no school leaving certificate or clearance will be issued until all outstanding dues—including tuition and school fees, library books, and laboratory dues—are fully settled with the respective departments.
The school management reserves to itself the full right to dismiss any student whose academic performance is steadily unsatisfactory despite remedial measures, or whose conduct and influence are found harmful to other students. Furthermore, acts of grave insubordination, serious indiscipline, or deliberate contempt of school authority justify immediate dismissal.
